Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks a skilled Business Analyst to elicit, analyse and manage requirements across customer, data, business, process and tech domains for medium to high complexity projects.

You will design innovative solutions, support development, and ensure final deliverables meet initial problem definitions, while performing basic project management tasks for the analysis component.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical or business field.
• Honours degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical or business field.
• Professional certification and/or membership of relevant professional body is desirable (e.g., IIBA).
• 6 to 8 years solving business and technology problems through analysis, design, and implementation of business solutions within a project environment.
• Experience in delivering business analysis on medium to large projects.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and manage requirements for medium to high complexity projects.
• Establish, manage and maintain sound stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and prevent future problems.
• Ensure Treating Customers Fairly outcomes are central to processes and systems.
• Involve stakeholders in elicitation of requirements and validate business needs.
• Prioritise requirements based on business, system and time constraints.
• Ensure requirements and models meet quality standards.
• Monitor delivery of analysis outputs and report risks and issues.
• Communicate progress and manage expectations with stakeholders.
• Review and improve business processes to increase revenue and efficiency.
