Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or B-Tech in IT and/or Business Analysis certification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in process mapping and IT strategic planning.
• Experience as a Product Owner with Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and analyses business problems to understand their nature, cause, effects and drivers.
• Documents business process requirements through interviews or facilitation sessions.
• Engages with key stakeholders across departments to understand processes, needs and challenges.
• Analyzes existing processes & technology and proposes new developments based on requirements.
• Develops functional and technical specifications to meet client needs.
• Conducts system analysis for new and existing systems.
• Contributes to program code development including testing and debugging.
• Prepares business cases and conducts risk assessments.
• Leads playback sessions with the Business to verify extracted information.
• Bridges IT and business using data analytics to deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Guides businesses in improving processes, services and software.
• Oversees a team of professionals when required.
• Experience delivering large-scale Microsoft and Oracle solutions.
