• +6 years experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong technical background (essential).
• Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (essential).
• Exposure to SAP and relevant modules (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyse and identify areas for improvement in the current business environment and across other shared process/system business environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document user requirements and business rules.
• Lead the mapping of data conversion and reporting requirements.
• Drive change management and support User Acceptance Testing.
