Boardroom Appointments seeks a Senior Business Analyst III (Payments) to join our dynamic team. You will analyze business needs, document user requirements, and collaborate with IT to implement solutions across our retail clients in SA, focusing on payment processes and cross-functional alignment.

You will work with stakeholders to map requirements, assess risks and costs, and drive change while mentoring junior BAs and ensuring delivery quality within SDLC guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Degree with 5 to 8 years related experience in a business analysis role.
• Advanced BA certification, CBAP, AAC or similar is desirable.
• Experience across all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Perform high-level analysis in CE cycle at Senior/Specialist level.
• Analyze and identify improvements in the current business environment.
• Lead and mentor junior BA resources on analysis processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to document user requirements.
