Job summary

PSMP is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Functional Configuration Specialist to bridge finance operations and technology solutions in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

The role focuses on analysing, designing, configuring and implementing IT systems and business process improvements to enhance efficiency, ensure data integrity and support strategic objectives. Strong communication with CFOs and finance teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business or systems analysis.
• BSc in Computer Science, a finance-related degree, or equivalent qualification.
• Pharma or FMCG domain knowledge is preferred.
• Proven Oracle EBS R12 implementation and support experience.
• Experience in system design and application configuration.
• Strong financial background with knowledge of financial reporting.
• Experience with Oracle modules and business processes.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business information requirements and translate into system specifications.
• Evaluate existing processes to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Design, configure and implement application solutions and modules.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion within timelines and standards.
• Develop system documentation and business process specs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and stakeholders to align tech with ops.
• Support rollout of new systems across operations and finance teams.
• Engage CFOs and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
