Job summary

PSMP, a pharmaceutical industry client in South Africa, seeks a Senior Oracle Business Analyst to collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to optimize processes and automate Oracle EBS solutions.

You will design, implement, and support compliant Oracle EBS R12 solutions, ensure documentation and system integration, and promote user adoption while maintaining audit trails and change control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis.
• Proven Oracle EBS R12 functional implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing domains.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes to identify system needs and improvements.
• Design, implement and support Oracle EBS solutions aligned with Supply Chain & Manufacturing.
• Develop detailed business and functional specifications for enhancements and automation.
• Evaluate existing systems and implement solutions while preserving data integrity.
• Design and implement custom applications, integrations and automated workflows.
• Manage system-related projects from requirements to delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and procedures.
• Provide system support per SLAs and deliver user training.
• Ensure compliance with audits, regulatory standards and change controls.
