Job summary

Super Group International is seeking a Business Analyst Finance Process and Systems to own end-to-end finance processes across ERP and TM1/EPM. You will map business processes, define data contracts, and translate requirements into technical specs for delivery teams.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury and Procurement, design robust controls, and drive standardisation across entities in a regulated, listed environment. Advanced Excel and ERP experience required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of finance end-to-end processes and ERP systems.
• Experience mapping processes and designing controls.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end finance processes and the systems that run them, across record to report, procure to pay, accounts payable, travel, intercompany, tax, fixed assets, leases, close and consolidation, FP&A, etc.
• Document those rules in business terms with ownership, basis and evidence; ensure traceability from process to requirement.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing against the process flow and journal output.
• Design controls into processes including approvals, segregation of duties, reconciliations and SOX evidence requirements.
• Run workshops with process owners across Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement and operating businesses, and drive standardisation where appropriate.
• Measure post-go-live performance and feed insights into future changes.
