Qualifications

• National Diploma in Building or similar qualification.
• Extensive experience as Senior Foreman on building projects.
• Experience on multi-storey residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and programmes.
• Based in Western Cape with knowledge of local contractors and suppliers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Western Cape with knowledge of local contractors and suppliers
