Job summary

Unknown company is seeking a Construction Foreman for its Western Cape team. The role focuses on hands-on supervision of multi-storey residential developments, concrete works, wet trades, and overall site management.

You will manage daily site operations, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• National Technical Certificate or Diploma in Construction, or
• Trade Qualification (Bricklaying, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar).
• Formal qualification in Health, Safety and Environmental Management will be advantageous.
• Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience on multi-storey residential construction projects.
• Extensive experience supervising General Foremen, subcontractors, and site labour.
• Strong experience managing concrete works, wet trades, and structural construction activities.
• Excellent knowledge of finishing trades and quality control.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
