Job summary

IZI South Africa in Witbank, Mpumalanga, seeks a Branch Officer at senior management level to oversee security, risk and operational controls. You will be second-in-command to the Branch Manager, drive compliance, supervise staff and manage assets to support continuity of operations.

The role requires Grade 12, PSIRA Grade B, CIT, a valid driver’s licence and proven leadership in security. Extended hours may be required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) and PSIRA Grade B registration with CIT certification.
• Valid driver’s licence and SAPS firearm competency not required but preferred.
• Experience in security operations and risk management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Security management and risk control in line with procedures and standards.
• Operational leadership as second-in-command and asset protection.
• Maintain compliance, audits, reporting and performance records.
• Manage branch assets, equipment and inspections; ensure readiness.
• Lead staff, coach performance, and support workforce planning.
• Promote health, safety and environmental compliance in the branch.
