Job summary

JobFit Staffing Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure contractual compliance, and mitigate enterprise risk across the region. The ideal candidate will have Matric, PSIRA Grade A, a valid driver's license, and at least 5 years in security management, with strong English and Afrikaans communication.

You will monitor SLAs, manage budgets and report performance to senior executives, while ensuring compliance with Firearms, Health & Safety, and Road Traffic

Qualifications

• Matric certificate required.
• PSIRA Grade A registration required.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Minimum 5 years security management experience, especially within valuables/cash-in-transit sector.
• Computer literate; strong English and Afrikaans; third language beneficial.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet, monitor, and execute client Service Level Agreements.
• Audit operational risk and manage security infrastructure (vaults, barriers, transit vehicles).
• Oversee monthly branch service budgets and cost-control strategies.
• Track personnel performance metrics and intervene as needed.
• Ensure regional compliance with Firearms, Health & Safety, and Road Traffic Acts.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for executives.
