Job summary

You will supervise branch personnel, drive risk assessments, incident reporting, and client relationship management while safeguarding profitability and cost control. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in security management, Grade 12, PSIRA Grade A, and firearms competency (Handgun, Shotgun, Rifle).

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) completed.
• PSIRA Grade A Registration is mandatory.
• Firearm competency for business purposes: handgun, shotgun and rifle.
• Minimum 5 years’ security management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive security service to clients.
• Coordinate branch operations for service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, SLA’s and KPI’s.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and audits.
• Lead and develop branch personnel.
• Oversee branch profitability, productivity and costs.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Submit weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
