Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting or business process improvement.
• Expertise in process analysis, design, re-engineering and optimization.
• Proven track record leading complex improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess client processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Map current state processes and design future state solutions leveraging best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies for process re-engineering, automation and standardization.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or BPM methodologies to drive improvements.
• Lead project teams to deliver on-time and within-budget results.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure buy-in and adoption of new processes.
• Develop KPIs to measure process performance and track improvements.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's process-management expertise.
