You will create accurate BIM models from concept through construction documentation, ensuring BEP compliance and high-quality deliverables while collaborating with a global team.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on BIM experience with Revit, Navisworks proficiency, and a strong understanding of architectural detailing.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and coordinate complex BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
• Create detailed architectural models, including structure, envelope, and interior elements.
• Generate construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
• Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Perform clash detection and work with project teams to resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants in a remote environment.
• Review and incorporate consultant models into the primary architectural model.
• Maintain model integrity and data standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in developing and refining BIM standards and workflows for the firm.
