Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce firm-wide BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Manage and oversee the BIM process for complex architectural projects, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in architecture, with a strong focus on BIM implementation and management (5+ years in a leadership role).
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant platforms.
• Deep understanding of BIM standards (e.g., "ISO 19650") and best practices.
• Proven experience in developing and managing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction documentation, and project delivery phases.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and teams effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with scripting and automation for BIM workflows is a plus.
