Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join their fully remote team, supporting projects in Stellenbosch and beyond. You will lead BIM execution, coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models, and maintain BIM standards and libraries.

You will generate drawings and schedules from BIM models and provide training and technical support on BIM workflows to project teams, enabling efficient collaboration across remote locations.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive experience in BIM coordination and management with a minimum of 6 years in the field.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Solibri.
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP design principles.
• Experience in creating and managing BIM content libraries.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills suitable for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) for assigned projects.
• Coordinate and integrate models from various disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
