Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in marketing with strong beauty/consumer goods experience.
• Proven track record in product marketing, brand strategy, and GTM execution.
• Strong digital marketing, social media, content, and influencer collaboration experience.
• Excellent data interpretation and actionable insight development.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for beauty product launches and ongoing brand campaigns.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategy.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and unique selling propositions for new and existing products.
• Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing collateral and assets.
• Analyze campaign performance and KPIs; provide actionable optimization insights.
• Manage marketing budgets and external agencies/partners for ROI.
• Build relationships with industry influencers, media partners, and retail channels.
• Stay ahead of beauty trends, technologies, and consumer behavior shifts.
• Contribute to long-term brand vision and strategic portfolio planning.
