Placements24 is seeking a Senior Beauty Brand Strategist for a fully remote role. You will shape brand narratives, identify market opportunities, and drive awareness and loyalty across online platforms in the beauty and wellness space.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in brand management within beauty/consumer goods, strong data-driven storytelling, and proficiency in CRM/marketing automation. This remote role offers global reach with flexible collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• 7+ years in brand management or marketing strategy in beauty/consumer goods.
• Proven experience in developing and executing digital-first brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies focused on digital channels and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in beauty.
