Placements24 is seeking a strategic Remote Senior Beauty Brand Manager & Product Strategist to shape a client’s brand vision and product pipeline across global markets. You will translate market insights into compelling narratives and oversee cross-functional teams from marketing to R&D, driving growth in the digital beauty landscape.

You’ll lead go-to-market plans, manage brand P&L, and stay ahead of trends, ensuring authentic brand storytelling and innovative product offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years in brand management, product marketing, or product development in beauty/personal care.
Proven track record launching and growing beauty brands/products.
Strong understanding of the beauty consumer, market dynamics, and digital marketing channels.
Expertise in market research, consumer insights, and strategic planning.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead complex remote projects.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker with aesthetics and brand storytelling.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand strategies including positioning, messaging, and long-term vision.
Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis.
Identify new product opportunities through market trends and consumer insights.
Guide product development with R&D to align with brand identity.
Create go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing, sales, and e-commerce.
Manage brand P&L, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
Lead creative direction for brand assets, campaigns, and digital content.
Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to optimize策略 and products.
Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
Stay ahead of trends in beauty, marketing, and consumer behavior.
