Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing with e-commerce/beauty background.
• Proven SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing expertise.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, keyword research, and site optimization for organic and paid campaigns.
• Lead social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
• Create and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.
• Produce engaging content for website, blog and digital assets.
• Analyze performance with Google Analytics, SEMrush and social analytics.
• Monitor campaigns, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI and collaborate with internal teams and agencies.
