Placements24 is seeking a Senior Beauty & Wellness Brand Strategist to lead end-to-end brand strategies for a remote-first team. You will shape positioning, messaging, and visual identity, grounded in market analysis, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence, to drive growth in the beauty and wellness space.

Collaborating with marketing, product development, and sales, you will oversee campaigns, monitor performance, manage external partners, and foster a strong brand culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of brand management experience in beauty & wellness.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative brand strategies aligned with trends and consumer insights in beauty and wellness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing collateral and campaign concepts.
• Oversee integrated campaigns ensuring brand consistency and impact.
• Monitor brand performance metrics and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
• Manage external agency relationships and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
