Job summary

Catalyst Revenue Partners is seeking a Mid/Senior BDR for a remote, full-time role with base pay plus a performance bonus.

You'll run outbound campaigns, target senior buyers, and maintain CRM discipline while feeding market insights to GTM leadership. A 2–5 year track record in BDR/ SDR roles in B2B tech is preferred; strong messaging and independence in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in BDR/ SDR or outbound prospecting.
• Experience in a B2B software/ tech environment.
• Ability to craft concise, personalized outbound messaging.
• Comfort with remote, independent work.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Prospect senior decision-makers at ICP-matched accounts.
• Research accounts to create relevant outreach.
• Build and refine prospect lists.
• Book qualified discovery meetings.
• Maintain CRM and activity data.
• Report on activity, engagement, meetings and pipeline.
• Share feedback on messaging and market response.
