Placements24, a recruitment consultancy, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead growth in Randburg, Gauteng. You will identify new business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth with your recruitment industry expertise and strong sales acumen.

The role requires a proven track record in B2B sales, experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and the ability to work independently within a high-performing team.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within recruitment or staffing is required.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional B2B sales skills including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
