Placements24 in Vereeniging is seeking a strategic Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the financial services division. You will develop BD strategies, lead sales efforts, and expand the client base while engaging in hybrid planning and remote client analysis across Gauteng.

The role requires 5–7 years in BD/sales within financial services, plus strong negotiation and presentation skills to exceed revenue targets. A Master's degree is a plus in this hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of developing new business and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with strong self-management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives and revenue targets.
