Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field with energy storage focus.

• Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive innovation.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer state-of-the-art BESS, including architecture and integration strategies.
• Develop specifications, performance models, and control algorithms for BESS projects.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing at client sites.
• Analyze performance, troubleshoot and optimize operational BESS.
• Collaborate with PMs, electrical engineers, and software developers to ensure project success.
• Stay current with battery tech trends, market developments, and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
