You will develop tactical plans to optimise sales, align with risk & compliance, and drive profitability while mentoring the team to achieve targets and deliver client-centric banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Personal and Private Banking with a focus on sales and relationship management.
• Proven sales track record in the financial services industry and knowledge of the bank's products.
• Experience in preparing and motivating Credit applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and identify growing industries/sectors to onboard new business.
• Develop tactical plans to optimise sales performance and profitability.
• Proactively build bank-at-work relationships with companies and employees.
• Review sales processes and recommend improvements.
• Set targets and ensure achievement of sales and service targets.
• Identify new business opportunities across existing client base and drive growth.
