Qualifications

• Experience in lending, credit risk assessment, and structuring financial solutions for business clients.
• Knowledge of SME/mid-market/high-net-worth business clients is often required.

• Develop and execute plans to grow a portfolio of Premium Segment clients and drive revenue growth.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted financial advisor.
• Analyze client needs to identify opportunities for cross-selling and premium banking solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored services while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of excellence within the division.
