The role requires deep B2B experience, travel readiness, and a track record of closing large deals while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have 8–10 years of proven sales experience.
• Strong B2B sales and new business development track record.
• Experience in a senior Sales, Sales Management or Business Development role.
• Proven ability to generate, negotiate and close new business.
• Marketing or Technical diploma or degree required.
• Solid understanding of the full sales cycle.
• Proven ability to meet targets and KPIs.
• Experience identifying new markets and converting prospects into clients.
• Strong commercial and negotiation ability.
• Comfort engaging senior B2B decision-makers.
• Leadership experience in a small sales or commercial team.
• Knowledge of websites, SEO and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage external marketing or digital service providers.
• Strong technical aptitude for product specs, costing, and solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities.
• Generate leads via research, networking, referrals, and cold calls.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
• Propose quotations, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness and leads.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and operations teams to meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing and offers.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and revenue projections.
