Qualifications

• 6+ years in automotive QA/QC role.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quality inspection plans for components, sub-assemblies, and vehicles.
• Conduct visual, mechanical, and functional inspections using calibrated tools.
• Analyze production data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Implement CAPA to address issues and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure adherence to automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Prepare NCRs and quality reports; train junior inspectors.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
