Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished vehicles.
• Use inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and quality issues.
• Analyze inspection data for trends and root causes.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA to implement CAPA.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, specs, and procedures.
• Conduct audits of production processes for compliance.
• Maintain inspection records and reports.
