Formación

• Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent.
• CA(SA) or equivalent professional designation.
• Minimum 7 years of auditing experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of ISAs and SA accounting standards.
• Proficiency in audit software and data analytics tools.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and tight deadlines.
• Client-facing experience with a proven track record.
• Experience in mentoring and developing audit staff.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and supervise financial statement audits for clients across industries.
• Assess client internal control systems and identify improvement areas.
• Manage audit engagements including budgeting, staffing, and timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to audit staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary contact.

• Prepare high-quality audit reports and present findings to management/audit committees.
