Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor to join our Kimberley team for a hybrid role that balances remote work with client and office visits. You will plan and lead financial statement audits, assess internal controls, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with ISA and IFRS across a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate holds a CA(SA) or SAIPA, a accounting degree, and 3–5 years of external audit experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and professional qualification.
• 3–5 years of external auditing experience.
• Experience leading audit engagements and managing client portfolios.

Aufgaben

• Plan, lead, and execute financial statement audits for various clients.
• Assess internal controls and identify areas of risk and non-compliance.
• Develop and execute audit programs, ensuring compliance with ISA and local regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients effectively.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports.
• Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on auditing standards, accounting principles, and relevant industry changes.
