Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Lifeguard Instructor, WSI, or Pool Operator.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aquatics programming and facility management.
• Strong knowledge of pool operations, water chemistry, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop engaging and inclusive programs for various ages and abilities.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage a diverse range of aquatics programs, including swimming lessons, fitness classes, and competitive teams.
