Fedgroup’s Private Lending team seeks a Senior Analyst to lead and coordinate transactions through the full life cycle—from initial screening and financial analysis to due diligence, credit approval and close—within defined authority limits. This is a hands-on role for an analyst ready to take on more ownership.

You will independently prepare credit packs, desktop valuations and financial models, ensuring accuracy and compliance before senior review.

Qualifications

A relevant Bachelor's degree is required.
3+ years of investment management experience is preferred.
Knowledge of credit and affordability assessment principles is required.
Familiarity with South African regulatory requirements (FICA, National Credit Act) is advantageous.
Strong client focus, professionalism and integrity are essential.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and manage transactions from screening to close within authority limits.
Prepare and review credit packs, desktop valuations and financial models for senior approval.
Engage with internal stakeholders and external parties to move transactions forward.
Develop analyses to assess transaction viability, risk, returns and portfolio performance.
Provide guidance to Analysts and ensure accuracy of transaction documentation.
