Talent Candey’s Banking Client in Somerset West seeks a Senior Business Analyst: Credit Systems to lead the LMS from ground up, shaping lending capability and system behaviour. You will become the functional authority on LMS configuration, events, rules and lifecycle, working with vendors and engineers to deliver a compliant, scalable platform.

The role emphasises greenfield development, regulatory compliance and strong BA governance across regulatory credit terms and data handling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Loan Management System or lending platform implementations.
• Strong understanding of credit lifecycle and lending products.
• Formal Business Analysis qualifications beneficial; demonstrated capability valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep LMS functional knowledge, capabilities, and configuration options.
• Translate credit product requirements into LMS functionality, rules and behavior.
• Produce high-quality BA documentation: requirements, user stories, rules, data needs, acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Define lending products, account structures, states, events and lifecycle behaviour.
• Support testing and implementation; ensure delivered behavior matches product intent.
• Investigate LMS incidents, determine root causes and suggest fixes.
• Apply regulatory knowledge (NCA, POPIA) to ensure compliant LMS configuration.
