Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft airframes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex airframe-related issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
• Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians, providing guidance and oversight on technical tasks and safety procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks, documenting all work performed and reporting any discrepancies or potential hazards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in aircraft airframe maintenance, with a proven track record of handling complex repairs and modifications.
• Possession of a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license with relevant ratings for airframe systems.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations (e.g., SACAA) and manufacturer maintenance requirements.
• Strong understanding of aircraft systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, structures, and general repair techniques.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, tools, and relevant software for maintenance documentation and tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
