Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of aircraft types, adhering strictly to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Diagnose and rectify complex technical faults across mechanical, electrical, and avionic systems.
• Lead and supervise teams of aircraft technicians and engineers during major maintenance checks.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks to ensure all work meets stringent standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience with various aircraft types, preferably including commercial airliners.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance documentation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and maintenance software.
