Job summary

MCI seeks a Senior AI Agent Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI agent ecosystems, enabling autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and business process automation.

You will architect scalable agent-based systems, integrate with enterprise APIs, and mentor engineers while advancing governance and security practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience developing AI agents, intelligent automation solutions, or AI-powered applications.
• Advanced Python programming and software architecture skills.
• Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, and memory systems.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience operating within Agile software development environments.
