This role offers high autonomy in an engineering-led environment, with opportunities to influence architectural decisions from the ground up while tackling technically challenging problems in AI and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases.
• Experience building APIs and backend services.
• Understanding of AI system evaluation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-step AI agent systems.
• Build RAG pipelines and enterprise integrations.
• Create evaluation frameworks for production readiness.
• Implement AI guardrails and security controls.
• Contribute to CI/CD and observability for AI applications.
