Job summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to lead the design, implementation and integration of AI solutions that transform business operations. You will embed AI into workflows, automate processes, and build enterprise integrations to boost productivity and decision making.

The role covers AI enablement, agent development, solution architecture, process automation, knowledge solutions and governance with a focus on scalable, secure production systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering or Analytics.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience implementing AI solutions in a commercial environment.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and micro services.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement high‑impact AI use cases across the business.
• Drive AI adoption and embed AI into day‑to‑day business operations.
• Support roll‑out and optimization of AI platforms and tools.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and autonomous workflows.
• Develop intelligent assistants using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Create multi‑agent workflows to automate complex processes.
• Monitor and optimise AI agent performance.
• Design scalable AI solutions and secure API integrations.
