Job summary

Accso – Accelerated Solutions GmbH is seeking a senior Java-focused consultant with AI agentic development expertise. You will design and implement AI-enabled software in collaboration with major German customers, coaching teams, and shaping modern architectures and workflows.

You will mentor peers, contribute to methodology, and work from an innovative office environment in a client-facing consulting role. A strong background in Java, Spring, cloud, and DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java ecosystem with Spring Boot/Spring Security/Spring Data (or Quarkus/Micronaut).
• Experience rebuilding development workflows around AI agents for productivity gains.
• Understanding of Copilot vs Claude Code for agentic development.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven systems, DDD and CQRS.
• Hands-on cloud, containerization and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in API design, testing strategies and build tools.
• Familiarity with databases and messaging systems.
• Comfortable in consulting or client-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Work in consulting and software development projects for large German customers.
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using AI methods and tools.
• Build enterprise Java applications using agentic methods.
• Develop environments for projects: rule files, context documentation, MCP server configurations, scaffolding.
• Review and validate AI-generated code, understanding failure modes and quality indicators.
• Mentor team members in transitioning to agentic development workflows.
• Contribute to methodology development and share knowledge.
• Explore example projects under Success-Stories.
