Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to lead software development projects for diverse clients. This remote role across South Africa requires strong communication and collaboration to guide agile teams from concept to launch.

You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, manage backlogs, track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery of high-quality software aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6+ years in project management with agile focus.
• CSM or PSM certification required.
• Strong SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
• Coach teams on agile principles and practices.
• Manage product backlog with well-defined user stories.
• Monitor progress and resolve impediments.
