Placements24 is seeking an exceptional Lead Project Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives from a fully remote setup within South Africa. You will steer strategy, planning and execution of complex software projects, leading distributed teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a strong Agile background, extensive SDLC knowledge and a proven track record mentoring others while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a IT/business field.
• Progressive PM experience with large-scale digital projects.
• Proven track record leading remote/distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects from concept to completion.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources and budgets.
• Implement and refine agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) for delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional teams—developers, designers, QA, and business analysts.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; mitigate blockers.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior project managers.
