Job summary

Make it Good is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Lead in South Africa to build and own a global affiliate channel from scratch. You will manage platforms like Awin, grow international publishers, and collaborate with PR.

Remote work is available anywhere in SA. The role offers a competitive salary up to R100,000 CTC per month plus a performance bonus tied to channel growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing an affiliate programme on Awin, Impact or a similar platform.
• Clear examples of a channel you've grown, with the numbers to back it up.
• A good eye for partner quality and fraud risk.
• Confidence managing budget and making commercial decisions independently.
• Resilience and a thick skin: feedback here is quick and direct.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong remote relationships.

Responsibilities

• Setting the direction for the affiliate programme and deciding where to grow next.
• Running the platform day to day (Awin or similar): commissions, onboarding, tracking and reporting.
• Screening new partners and publishers to protect the programme from fraud and poor-quality traffic.
• Owning the affiliate budget and negotiating premium placements with large partners.
• Growing a network of international partners across key travel markets.
• Working alongside the in-house PR agency on joint opportunities.
