Qualifications

• Previous experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within an affiliate network.
• Strong network of publishers with proven ability to acquire new partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of campaign performance metrics.
• Commercially driven, proactive and results-oriented, with ability to close opportunities quickly.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English required; Ukrainian/Russian a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and grow new publishers, building long-term commercial relationships.
• Manage and optimise existing publisher partnerships to maximise performance and revenue.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline via calls, emails, meetings and events.
• Collaborate with advertisers and internal sales teams to understand acquisition needs.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Forecast revenue and ensure KPIs, traffic and revenue targets are met or exceeded.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay up to date with affiliate marketing trends and industry best practices.
