Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 6–8 years in public relations with at least 3 years in agency account management.
• Proven multi-account management and campaign leadership.
• Strong client service and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of media relations, digital PR, social media, influencer marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and present strategic PR plans, campaign proposals, and budgets to clients.
• Oversee the execution of PR campaigns, including media relations, content creation, and digital strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Lead and mentor junior account staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to new business pitches.
• Manage client budgets and ensure profitability of accounts.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PR and communications.
• Handle crisis communications and provide strategic counsel to clients during challenging situations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling client reports and performance analyses.
