The purpose of this role is to assist and support the Technical Team under Technical Supervision. The successful candidate will perform service, repair, and general maintenance duties on-site and in work areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain IC and Electrical forklifts under Technical Supervision.

• Complete job cards or use the Phone App.

• Communicate with managers, call centre, and customers.

• Perform daily housekeeping and clean-up of all maintenance areas and work areas.

• Assist with other general maintenance activities.

• Travel to perform service and repair tasks on site under Technical Supervision.

About You

• Matric qualification.

• Previous experience in a technical support role.

• Knowledge in mechanical work and auto electrical.

• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems.

• Valid driver’s licence.

• Willing to work alone.
