Responsibilities include completing job cards, updating stakeholders, and maintaining clean work areas. The ideal candidate has Matric, technical support experience, and a valid driver’s license, with a team-oriented,

Qualifications

• Matric qualification is required.
• Experience in a technical support role is preferred.
• Knowledge in mechanical work and auto electrical is required.
• Familiar with basic mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license is essential.
• Ability to work independently and adhere to SHE rules.
• Team-oriented with good work ethics.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain IC and support equipment under supervision.
• Perform repairs and general maintenance on-site and in work areas.
• Complete job cards and use the phone app for updates.
• Communicate with managers, call centre, and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas and work spaces.
• Travel to service and repair tasks on site under supervision.
