Placements24 in Vereeniging is seeking a highly analytical SEM Specialist to drive targeted traffic and maximize online advertising ROI through paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.

You will manage, optimize, and expand the client’s presence across major PPC platforms, perform keyword research, write ad copy, and test landing pages to improve conversions and ROAS. The role offers a hands-on, results-driven environment with opportunities for certification and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven SEM experience required.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Strong keyword research, bidding and optimization skills.
• Experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Strong copywriting skills for ad creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, ad group structuring, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Write compelling ad copy and select landing pages to drive conversions.
• Monitor performance daily, optimize bids, budgets, and targeting to reach KPIs such as ROAS and CPA.
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
