Qualifications

• Senior Certificate or Higher required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer service role.
• Experience with Excel, SQL and Zendesk is advantageous.
• Experience in ecommerce, start-up, tech or platform environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve marketplace seller and customer queries via tickets and phone.
• Engage with internal Takealot stakeholders to resolve marketplace queries.
• Assist with ad-hoc data capturing and admin tasks as required.
• Provide ideas to drive process and system improvements across Takealot Marketplace.
